This is our second visit to this CL. On both occasions we have been delighted with the owners and the site. It is very well kept with water, EHU and grey waste at each of the 5 pitches. The shower room and a separate toilet are immaculate and warm. A dog washing facility is well thought out with shower and dryer at waist height. The owners go beyond offering meals delivered to your caravan or frozen meals available in their shop/washing hut, complete with washing machine and dryer. This is truly a special CL that fully deserves it's awards. Thank you Gregg and Lou, we will return, it is a genuine pleasure to stay at your site.

What a wonderful site, we had a great time there and were well looked after, we even had a cooked breakfast delivered to the van for just £6 each. Well worth a visit for sure.

We stayed on the Caravan Club CL site and we had mixed weather but without doubt the best CL we have stayed at, clear instructions, first class facilities, a wide choice of frozen home cooked meals as well as to your door cooked meal service sensibly priced. A well stocked info hut with food basics, camping basics and selection of jams marmalades and local honey. Absolutely everything covered.

We have just returned home from a week's stay at Poole Farm CL. What can we say that hasn't already been said. Simply the best cl we have ever visited. Louise and Greg are the perfect hosts. I wish them the very best in what they are doing. Graham & Nikki.

My wife and I as keen and experienced caravanners have just had the most relaxing and refreshing 16 day break at this wonderful certified location. We were recommended this site by people we met on holiday last year. What a recommendation it was ! The site is peaceful, immaculately maintained with spacious pitches and many other benefits that aren’t usually included on a CL - immaculate shower room and toilets / dog shower / information hut with tourist information / basic supplies and home cooked ready meals for sale / laundry facilities and even basic caravanning accessories for sale should something break or be forgotten. The photos and descriptions on website and in caravan club book don’t do it justice because it is one of those places that you discover is even better than you expect. However, the aspect that really makes this stand out is the welcome and the level of service that the owners, (Gregg and Lou) offer which in my opinion makes this quite simply the best site I’ve ever stayed at. They are friendly, welcoming and always there but in an unobtrusive way. They work so hard in the daily running of the site as well as their B&B and Cottage, striving for excellence in all that they do. After a long drive from north east England, we were welcomed with tea and coffee and a free home made cake on arrival. As our holiday progressed we enjoyed home cooked Sunday dinners and full English breakfasts delivered to our caravan - obviously these are at a cost but they are cooked to order and offer far better quality and value than a local pub meal. Lou is a trained chef and it showed. Little touches such as free ice cream and Pimms delivered to each pitch on a hot sunny afternoon just left my wife and I feeling really spoiled and cared for. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and I know other caravanners felt the same. Overall, this is a first class caravan site where the owners get quality and customer service bang on ! Thanks Gregg and Lou for making our stay so nice. We were sad to have to leave and hope we will be back in the future. Best wishes for future success. Kevin & Elaine Webster

Louise and Greg are super friendly & super helpful hosts. I have enjoyed my recent stay at their B&B. The food quality for Breakfast & for Dinner is amazing. The room was very spacious & clean. The location si very practical as well for exploring Devon & Cornwall. In summary: Highly recommended (and it's Adults only!)

We stayed 4 nights B&B. Bed was comfy, room bright and airy with all facilities you'd want. Lovely views over local country side. Wide variety of choice for breakfast, and those we tried were delicious. We also had some evening meals that were tasty and filling too. The hosts are friendly and helpful, including giving details of the area as well as options for my dietary requirements. If we go this way again we would definitely book again. Good to book direct as you can as you can discuss options, details and price.

What is there not to like about this CL site Poole Farm, it is first class with the most delightful owners who go out of their way to make your stay stress free and welcoming. Lou is the most amazing cook so must try Sunday dinner and everything else. We were there for Coronation day and they delivered to our caravan the most wonderful afternoon tea with a bottle of wine, now that was classy. definately going back next year.

We stayed at the CL for 3 nights. A lovely quiet site. Large pitches. Louise and Greg very welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Our cream tea provided by Louise was fab. Facilities excellent and the new hut will add to this shortly. Even mucky dogs have been thought of with a wash station. Excellent walking area. We will definitely come again.

We stayed on the CL site, the pitches are well spaced out with there own electric, water and bins. The site is well maintained and each pitch has a lovely aspect to look out on. The hosts Gre, Louise and Harvey are fantastic and cannot help enough. You get tea and coffee on arrival then later arrive the scones. Louise makes lovely meals which you can have delivered to your caravan, all reasonable priced and fresh ingredients. We will be back next year as we love coming here and being made so welcome.
